ITALIAN LANGUAGE IN THE KITCHEN

The objective of this programme is to learn the Italian language and culture together with an Italian cooking course.
It is a two-week course of 30 hours of Italian classes and 12 hours of cookery workshop, managed by a skilled and experienced cook and owner of a restaurant in the centre of Pisa.
At the end of each cooking lesson, the students have lunch together.
Moreover, during the days of the course, we also organise trips to the outstanding cities and villages of Tuscany.

15-18 Trip to Lucca with a teacher.
Wednesday

Workshop Subject: Soups and Velouté Sauces.
Thursday
9-12 Italian language course.
14-19 Trip to Florence with a teacher.
Friday
9-12 Italian language course.
Cookery Workshop and lunch all together
Workshop Subject: First Courses - Pasta and Rice.
Saturday
10-16 Trip to Sarzana with a teacher. Lunch in a typical Trattoria.
Second week
Monday
9-12 Italian language course.

Workshop Subject: Second Courses - Meat-based.
Tuesday
9-12 Italian language course.
14.30-18 Trip to Calci and visit of Certosa di Pisa.
Wednesday
